JAMMU: National Investigating Agency today produced challan against Pakistani Lashkar militant Mohammad Naved and six others in the Special NIA Court in much publicised August 5, 2015 Udhampur attack case in which two BSF men got martyred and a militant was eliminated.
The NIA this afternoon produced challan in the court of special Judge NIA against Mohammad Naveed alias Usman, 20, resident of Street No 3, Rafiq Colony Kookiyanwal, Ghulam Mohammad Abad, Khursheed Ahmed Bhat, R/o Bhatpora, Chursoo, Awantipora, Pulwama, Showkat Ahmed Bhat, R/o Village Khardermuh, District Pulwama, J&K and Shabzar Ahmed Bhat, R/o Nai Basti, Gulshan Abad, Quimoh, District Kulgam, Khursheed Ahmed Ittoo and Fayaz Ahmed Ittoo alias Foyaz alias Fayaz whereas two accused Fayaz Ahmed Ashwar alias Setha and Ashiq Hussain Bhat alias Ubaida are still absconding.
”In the challan it has been submitted that the challan was not produced against Abu Noman a Pakistani who died during encounter at Udhampur,” sources here said. (AGENCIES)
