Cabinet orders reshuffle in administration

SRINAGAR: The Cabinet which met here last evening approved the following transfers and postings in the civil administration:

Mr. B.B Vyas, Financial Commissioner, Planning Development & Monitoring Department shall hold the additional charge of Relief and Rehabilitation Department till further orders.

Mr. Bipul Pathak, Chairman, Special Tribunal, J&K has been transferred and posted as Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Transport Department.

Dr. Asgar Hassan Samoon, Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir, has been transferred and posted as Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Higher Education Department.

Mr. Vinod Koul, Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Animal Sheep Husbandry and Science & Technology Department, has been transferred and posted as Chairman, J&K Special Tribunal.

Ms. Sarita Chouhan, Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Social Welfare Department shall hold the additional charge of the post of Administrative Secretary, Science and Technology Department, till further orders.

Mr. Mohammad Afzal Bhat, Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Revenue, Relief & Rehabilitation Department, has been transferred and posted as Commissioner/ Secretary to the Government, Floriculture, Parks and Gardens Department, relieving Mr. Farooq Ahmad Shah, IAS of the additional charge.

Mr. Mohammad Ashraf Mir, Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Department of Law, Justice & Parliamentary Affairs, has been transferred and posted as Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Revenue Department.

Mr. R.K. Bhagat, Secretary to the Government, Transport Department, has been transferred and posted as Secretary to the Government, Animal & Sheep Husbandry Department.

Mr. Baseer Ahmed Khan, Secretary to the Government, Cooperatives Department, has been transferred and posted as Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir.

Mr. Hemant Kumar Sharma, Secretary to the Government, Higher Education Department, has been transferred and posted as Secretary to the Government, Cooperatives Department.

Ms. Vipra Bhal, Labour Commissioner, J&K, has been transferred and posted as Managing Director, J&K Housing Board, relieving Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Housing & Urban Development Department of the additional charge.

Mr. Sarmad Hafeez, awaiting orders of adjustment, has been posted as Labour Commissioner, J&K.

Mr. Mohammad Saleem Shishger, KAS, Secretary (Revenue Resources) in the Finance Department, is transferred and posted as Secretary, Information Technology and Technical Education Department. Mr. Hilal Ahmad Parray, shall continue as Administrative Secretary of the Department of Youth Services and Sports.

Mr. Abdul Majid Bhat, Secretary, Legislative Council shall hold the additional charge of the post of Administrative Secretary, Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs till further orders.

Mr. Arun Kumar Sharma, KAS, Special Secretary to the Government, Planning Development and Monitoring Department, has been transferred and posted as Chief Executive Officer, Integrated Watershed Management Programme, relieving Director, Panchayati Raj of the additional charge.

Sheikh Fayaz Ahmed, KAS, Special Secretary to the Government, Technical Education, Youth Services and Sports Department, has been transferred and posted as Director, Youth Services and Sports. He will take over the charge on the superannuation of Mr. Jehangir Mir, who is retiring on 31st July 2016.

Mr. Talat Parvez Rohella, KAS, Director, Floriculture, Kashmir, has been transferred and posted as Mission Director, ICDS, J&K, relieving Mr. Hashmat Ali Yatoo, KAS, Director, Social Welfare, Kashmir of the additional charge.

Mr. Zubair Ahmad, KAS, Director, Information, J&K, has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary to the Government, Home Department.

Mr. Mohammad Akbar Ganai, KAS, Special Secretary to the Government, Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution Department, has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary to the Government, Revenue, Relief & Rehabilitation Department.

Mr. Mushtaq Ahmed Shah, KAS, Director, Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution, Kashmir, has been transferred and posted as Director, Handicrafts, J&K.

Mr. Bashir Ahmad Dar, KAS, Special Secretary in Chief Minister’s Secretariat shall hold the additional charge of the post of Director, Information, J&K, till further orders.

Mr. Pradeep Kumar, KAS, Director, Forensic Science Laboratory, J&K, has been transferred and posted and Director, Rural Development, Jammu vice Mr. Manohar Lal Raina, KAS, who shall await further orders in the office of Divisional Commissioner, Jammu.

Mr. Tasaduq Jeelani, KAS, Director, Rural Development, Kashmir, has been transferred and posted as Director, Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution, Kashmir.

Mr. Gazzanfer Ali, KAS, Director, Handicrafts, J&K, has been transferred and posted as Director, Rural Development, Kashmir.

Mr. Majid Khalil Ahmad Drabu, KAS, Special Secretary to the Government, Public Works (R&B) Department, has been transferred and posted as Director, Hospitality and Protocol, J&K against an available vacancy.

Sheikh Arshad Ayub, KAS, Special Secretary to the Government, Home Department, has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary to the Chief Secretary.

Mr. Mohammad Hussain Mir, KAS, Special Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department, has been transferred and posted as Director, Floriculture, Kashmir.

Mr. Nisar Ahmad Wani, KAS, Special Secretary to the Government, Information Technology Department, has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary to the Government, Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution Department.

Mr. Manmohan Singh, KAS, Additional District Development Commissioner, Kathua, has been transferred and posted as Commissioner, Jammu Municipal Corporation vice Ms. Mandeep Kour, IAS:04, who shall await further orders in General Administration Department.
