NEW DELHI: Centre seeks dismissal of PILs relating to appointments of judges in HCs and the Supreme Court.
There should not be parallel proceedings: Attorney
General Mukul Rohatgi tells SC.
AG also refers to the issue of non-finalisation of
Memorandum of Procedure for appointment in last six months.
SC defers hearing for one month on several petitions on
