NEW DELHI: The Monsoon session of Parliament will be held from July 18 to August 12, Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Venkaiah Naidu announced here today.
Talking to mediapersons after a meeting of the Cabinet Committee on Parliamentary Affairs, Mr Naidu said the session would have 20 working days and had passage of 25 bills, including the GST Bill, on its agenda.
He said he had also called a meeting of all Ministers today and asked them to be prepared for the Bills they wanted to introduce during the session, for which they would have to give notice by July 3. (AGENCIES)
