Summer vacation in educational institutions in Kashmir from July 1

SRINAGAR: The State Government today announced summer vacation in educational institutions of Kashmir and winter zone of Jammu from July 1st.

Commissioner Secretary to Government, Education department, Shaleen Kabra in an order said all Government and private educational institutions upto higher secondary level functioning in the Kashmir division and winter zone of Jammu division shall observe summer vacation from July 1st to July 17.

The order said any default on the part of private schools shall attract action under rules. (AGENCIES)
