Cabinet approves bills for introduction in State Legislature

SRINAGAR: Jammu and Kashmir Cabinet today approved various bills for introduction in ongoing Budget Session of the State Legislature.
An official spokesman said the cabinet, which met here under the Chairmanship of Chief Minister, Mehbooba Mufti, approved various bills for introduction in ongoing Budget Session-2016 of the State Legislature.
The Bills include ‘ The Jammu and Kashmir State Backward Classes Commission (Amendment) Bill, 2016′, The Jammu and Kashmir Panchayati Raj (Amendment) Bill, 2016′, The Jammu and Kashmir General Sales Tax (Amendment) Bill, 2016’, and ‘The Jammu and Kashmir Brick Kilns (Regulation) (Amendment) Bill, 2016’.
